What's always free?
The core platform: your public listing, your profile, and the tools to run your organisation day to day, programmes, people, sessions, events and spreadsheet workspaces. That is a commitment, not a trial.
Are the paid features available now?
Yes. The Core platform is live today, and all paid-tier extras (referrals, analytics, funder reports, API) are available now. Register interest and we'll onboard you right away.
Why these prices for the extras?
Generic case-management tools charge £65 or more per user per month, so a five-person charity pays over £300 a month. Edau prices the extras per organisation, not per user, at levels a Welsh community organisation can actually budget for.
What if we can't afford a paid tier?
You lose nothing: the core stays free forever. And you can apply for the grant-funded tier, which adds the full Growth feature set at no cost through the Senedd / WCVA scheme, cross-subsidised by paying organisations.
Common questions
Is finding support really free for the public?
Always. Pricing only applies to organisations using the Edau OS tools. Anyone searching for help pays nothing and needs no account.
Is my directory listing free?
Yes. Every Cardiff organisation gets a free public listing. Paid tiers add the back-office tools: people records, referrals, outcomes and reporting.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel at any time with no penalty. Your public listing stays live for free.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No contract. Monthly plans renew each month. Annual plans are billed once per year with a 15% discount.
How do I pay?
Paid tiers are onboarding now. Start your free trial and we'll set up invoicing with you directly; card payment is coming as paid tiers roll out. You won't be charged anything without agreeing it first.
What does onboarding include?
The optional £500 onboarding package (Growth and Organisation tiers) covers data migration from your spreadsheets, workspace setup, and a training session for your team.
