Yes. Searching the directory is free for everyone, always, no account needed. Listing your organisation is also free. Paid plans only add extras like referral management and funder reporting.

Any charity, community group, social enterprise, council or NHS service supporting people in Cardiff. Listings are reviewed before they go live to keep the directory trustworthy.

Not yet. A full Welsh version is in production and coming soon. We already welcome correspondence in Welsh at info@edauconnect.org.

Organisations that accept referrals show an 'Accepting referrals' badge. Signed-in organisations can send and track referrals inside the platform, no more lost emails or chasing.

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit, stored in the UK/EEA, and each organisation controls its own workspace. People records are only visible to the organisation that created them. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
